Refund policy

At Levraé Co. , we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@levraeco.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will automatically convert into store credit and will be processed within 3-5 business days to your account.
  • If the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or order error, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund of store credit will be issued instead.
  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive the original item in good condition.

     

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with photos. We’ll prioritize your replacement or store credit refund.

6. Sale Items

All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


7. Our Commitment

We comply with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act in Singapore.

If a product is found to be defective or misrepresented, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer rights.
