Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with LEVRAÉ CO. We aim to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below before making a purchase.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • We offer standard shipping (1-3 business days) and same-day shipping (cut-off timing at 2pm SGT).
  • Shipping fees:
    • Standard: $4.50 SGD
    • Same-Day : $12 SGD
  • Free standard local shipping is available for orders above $80 SGD.


3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries.
  • Shipping costs are flat rate calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by location, generally between 7–21 business days.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their destination country.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier link.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or external factors (e.g., weather, public holidays).

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [hello@levraeco.com] with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

 

8. Pre-orders

If your order containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged. If you wish to seperate the delivery , delivery fee will be applied per delivery.
